Melania Trump refused to do a TV appearance with husband Donald Trump after the tape of his crude sexual conversation about ‘Access Hollywood’ co-anchor Nancy O’Dell leaked, according to a new report. We wouldn’t be surprised if she was disgusted because he also admitted he’d cheat on her, his wife, on the tape. Here are the details.
Melania Trump, 46, reportedly refused to make a joint appearance on a major television network with her husband Donald Trump, 70, after his 2005 vile hot mic tape leaked online on Oct. 7, according to The New York Times. The publication reported that the controversial presidential candidate’s major advisers wanted him to conduct a joint interview with his wife on TV to address his outrageous comments. While originally these plans “were moving ahead,” his wife had a “lack of interest in appearing on camera.” Shortly after the subject of Donald’s remarks, Nancy O’Dell, 50, slammed him, those plans had all but come to a screeching halt.

As we previously reported, Melania also slammed her husband’s statements, calling them “unacceptable” and condemning the tape. “The words my husband used are unacceptable and offensive to me. This does not represent the man that I know,” she stated. “He has the heart and mind of a leader. I hope people will accept his apology, as I have, and focus on the important issues facing out nation and the world.” We’re not surprised that Melania was so angry — after all, at the time of the tape, she was pregnant with her and Donald’s son, Barron!

Donald is expected to address the tape in the second presidential debate on Oct. 9 at Washington University in St. Louis. We’re not sure how he can possibly make what he’s done right, but we’ll be following along. We wonder what he will say to everyone who he has offended…or if he’ll even mention his wife!
