Charlie Puth’s $2.099 Million Home

Charlie Puth is parting ways with his Hollywood Hills home, putting up the six-bedroom, five bathroom property on the market for $2.099 million just less than a year after purchasing the crib.
Coming in at 4,350 square feet, the hillside villa sits on a 6,303-acre lot and boasts marble features sourced from Verona, Tuscany and Bologna with windows, doors,
cabinetry and ironwork custom made in Italy. Constructed in 1958, the abode also includes a spacious kitchen furnished with high-end stainless steel appliances, a large master suite with a dual fireplace, a massive walk-in closet, a wine room, a steam sauna, and a second kitchen which opens to the private patio.


Outside, there’s a heated saltwater pool with spa, two-car garage, guesthouse, and a balcony complete with a fountain overlooking Los Angeles.

According to Curbed LA, Puth, 24, purchased the place last December for $1.9 million. He initially listed the pad for  $2.199 million in July before dropping the asking price.
