Eva Amurri Martino Reveals Her Husband Fired Their Nanny – After He Felt She Had Crossed the Line with Him

Eva Amurri Martino's Husband Fires Nanny for Racy Text Message
Eva Amurri Martino has claimed her husband had to fire the family nanny after she tried to flirt with him while Eva was away on business.

The actress and lifestyle blogger alleges in her blog, Happily Eva After, that while she was in New York City, her husband, Kyle Martino received a text on his phone from the nanny, who looks after their little girl Marlowe Mae.

Amurri Martino, 30, had only recently blogged how she and pro soccer player turned TV host Kyle, had been forced to sack their nanny of a year and a half, calling it a "traumatic and bizarre experience and extremely inconvenient."

However, just three weeks into her new role and just when they were "beginning to trust the new nanny," Amurri Martino, the daughter of Oscar winner Susan Sarandon, claims she crossed the line.

She alleges: "An hour before [the nanny] was supposed to arrive for the day, Kyle got a text message from her show up on his cell phone. It said: "OMG. Girl, did I mention to you how hot and sex my Boss is. I would love to f--- his brains out ha haah. Too bad he seems not to like thick Latin women with lots to hold on to LOL," Amurri Martino wrote.

After Kyle took Marlowe, 18 months, to breakfast that morning and returned home to drop her off with the nanny, the 36 Hours host, 35, noticed the nanny peeping through the curtains of their bedroom window.

That was when Kyle realized that the racy text message was no "mistake," Amurri Martino says.

When Kyle confronted the woman – a conversation that he recorded on his iPhone – she said she had only been in the bedroom as she was looking for him. As for the text message, she simply said, "I'm sorry I was just messing around with a friend I didn't mean any harm."

Kyle responded by sending the nanny packing with her last paycheck.

With a childcare crisis looming, the family has now packed up and moved for the time being from their home in California to Westchester, New York, while Kyle works on the East Coast, so they can be together.

Amurri Martino wrote that the situation, which could have been a disaster for other couples, "brought us even closer (emotionally and geographically) than we would have been otherwise."

Calling her husband, a "legend," Amurri Martino adds, "It also made me grateful for my strong relationship with my husband. I know that this happens all the time with different results. The rumors of this type of thing are all over the tabloids all the time."celebuzz
