Not only are they mad that a recent restock of her much coveted lip kits were sold out within seconds
on Monday (Dec. 14, 2015), but now they’re accusing the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and the company in charge of distribution of her new beauty line of scamming its customers.
Many fans who were lucky enough to buy a lip kit are now posting complaints on cosmetic product’s Facebook page, claiming that they have yet to receive their package despite paying for them two weeks ago when the liquid lipstick line launched.
“It’s been two weeks since i ordered my lipkits. I got the tracking number, but it’s been two weeks that my lipkits are just chilling in LA. No news from them. I’m pissed. Your website = real bullshit,” one fan writes.
According to TMZ, some customers have even taken to reporting Jenner to the Better Business Bureau. Currently, many fans are outraged that Jenner’s lip kits have been unavailable. The products, which are sold for $29 a pop, are sold in three colors: Dolce K, True Brown K, and Candy K.
While many beauty lovers continue to air their grievances about the lack of stock online, some have taken to resorting to buying similar colors from another brand. Beauty blogger Nikkie of NikkieTutorials is even claiming that Jenner’s liquid lipsticks are identical to ColourPop’s Ultra Matte stains in Clueless, Beeper and Limbo.
However, Jenner has since refuted rumors that she’s stolen ColourPop’s formula, sharing a photo of herself at the indie makeup brand’s factory and writing, “Hanging out with the owners at ColourPop… we don’t have the same formula or exact colors but they are my friends and they do have some bomb ass products that I love.”celebuzz
