Kris Jenner Explains Why Rob Kardashian Was Absent from the Family Thanksgiving Photo

The notoriously private Rob Kardashian, who is rarely seen in the public eye these days, had fans worried last week when he was absent from the Kardashian family Thanksgiving photo.

Posted by Kim Kardashian with the caption “THANKFUL,” the family photo included everyone in their extended, blended family from Kanye West to Kylie Jenner’s maybe-boyfriend Tyga, to Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner’s new love Corey Gamble, as well as another random (in the bottom left hand corner) who was later revealed to be West’s close friend J. Sakiya Sandifer.

But where was Rob?
Kris explained why her son wasn’t in the photo while on Maria Menounos’ SiriusXM show:
He lives with Khloe. So he was around, and then went over to a buddy’s house. He’s doing all right. You know, he’s doing his best. He’s not into being on camera as much as the rest of us. But he’s working on himself. He’s going to be okay.
As for her ex’s appearance, Kris commented that Caitlyn stopped by for a bit because after all, family is family.
Caitlyn kind of did a drive-by, came by, spent some time, then went on to do the family rounds because everybody’s scattered all over the place. Because we’re so busy and life is at a lightning pace sometimes, we don’t stop and feel things. So on days like Thanksgiving and when you have down time, you sit back and go ‘Wow, this is a little different than it was last year.’
And of course, people were surprised to see Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Scott Disickpresent. There’s speculation that the two are on the brink of reconciliation. On their relationship, Kris noted, “Everybody deserves another chance, and she just wants the best for her and her kids. So I think it’s just a wait and see what happens to the two of them. So all a mom can do is pray. I do a lot of praying these days.”
The Kardashian matriarch has been supportive of Scott, recently calling him “one of the true loves of my life” in an Instagram post.celebuzz
