Brooke Mueller, 39, ran off with her children, Max, and Bob, 7, after she got into an altercation with their nanny inside a Salt Lake City bar, Nov. 16, according to TMZ! Brooke and Charlie Sheen, 51, are parents to the young twins, and the actor is aware of the frightening situation. “I’m just trying to get my kids home safe. I have no other details that relate to the ongoing event,” he told TMZ.

Alleged witnesses claim there was a nanny present with the children and Brooke fought with her. One of the reported witnesses called the police because of the altercation and the simple face that Brooke has two small children inside of a bar, according to the site. When inside the bar Brooke allegedly told an unidentified individual that she was Charlie’s ex and provided them with his phone number.

Brooke apparently took off with the children before authorities could arrive. She was showing up at multiple hotels nearby, attempting to book a room, TMZ says.
