Khloe Kardashian’s Daily Diet For Slimming Down

Khloe Kardashian Daily Diet
Khloe Kardashian reached her slimmest weight yet when she was spotted out in San Diego on July 27. And while the reality TV star has been diligent when it comes to hitting the gym, her healthy diet played a huge part in her 40-pound weight loss. Click ahead to find out her exact daily diet!

Khloe Kardashian, 32, looks fitter than ever thanks to her workout sessions with trainer Don Brooks and clean eating habits. After struggling with her weight for years, Khloe finally buckled down after separating from her husband Lamar Odom, and has been sharing her progress and tips along the way on her app and in her book, Strong Looks Better Naked.

In addition to cooking for herself more and getting her produce from local farmers markets (something her sister Kourtney Kardashian introduced her to), in her book, Khloe also spilled on exactly what her day-to-day diet consists of. Typically starting the day off at 5:00 a.m., Khloe has a glass of water and a black coffee before hitting the gym.

Once she’s finished with her sweat sesh, Khloe rehydrates with another glass of water and refuels with oatmeal and a protein shake. Later in the morning, she snacks on an apple with peanut butter or other seasonal fruit with nuts. And by 1:00 p.m., she’s ready for her lunch, which usually consists of a salad with protein like chicken.

When she’s feeling hungry later in the afternoon, Khloe snacks on homemade hummus with chopped vegetables. Khloe’s favorite healthy dinner is steamed veggies with fish, and she wrote that she likes to end her day with something sweet in the form of plain Greek yogurt with fresh fruit.

Of course, Khloe is just like the rest of us and splurges every now and then. Though she always sets herself right back on track, while celebrating her grandmother’s birthday, Khloe tweeted:  “I had no self control eating wise today lol. Not cute! Road trips + birthday cake + no workout = disaster.
