The Teen Mom alum and sex tape star is putting up her private pad located near Studio City, Calif. According to TMZ, Abraham is selling her four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse for $950,000 just three months after purchasing the Hollywood Hills home.
Sitting at 2,700 square feet, the property has recently underwent a $100,000 renovation. The listing also boasts that Abraham’s abode includes teen moma chef’s kitchen fitted with top-of-the-line appliances, brand new hardwood floors, Wi-Fi enabled security monitoring system, a motorized gate, and a three-car garage.
Abraham is said to be unloading the place, which she bought in April for $845,000, because she wants to focus on her business ventures outside of Los Angeles. Coincidentally, her newly-listed house is just a stone’s throw away from Vivid Entertainment offices, the company that bought and released her adult film for seven figures.
