Brace yourselves because this.is.good! Jay Z is breaking his silence on the reports that he might have cheated on his wife, Beyonce. After Bey dropped her album Lemonade there was rapid speculation that Hova cheated on her with “Becky with the good hair.” But in the remix for “All The Way Up” a single line has us thinking that perhaps he didn’t stray.
On the Fat Joe single he raps: “You know you made it when the fact/Your marriage made it is worth millions/Lemonade is a popular drink and it still is.” Wow … so is he saying that he didn’t cheat and this was all to sell albums? There is a new report that Bey and Jay recorded a duet album together to address the alleged infidelity and plan to drop it exclusively on Tidal. But did he also reference the Solange Knowles elevator fight? “Prince left his masters where they safe and sound/We never gonna let the elevator take him down.” Click here to hear the song!
Meanwhile, despite reports that claim that Bey and Jay are on the outs, their outing on May 24 suggests otherwise. They were arm-in-arm when they left NYC’s Del Posto restaurant and Beyonce couldn’t stop smiling. We are so glad to see them doing well and hope that they do indeed drop a joint album to address everything. We could definitely see how this is all for publicity and we can’t hear a duet about the alleged infidelities. Knowing them, they’ll just keep us guessing!
