Joey Feek may be gone, but she is certainly not forgotten.The country singer died from cancer on March 4 in Indiana at the age of 40, but her husband continues to keep her memory alive.

Rory Feek recently took to social media to share a touching and heartbreaking photo of his wife's grave site at their family farm in Tennessee.

"A bright sunrise will contradict the heavy fog that weighs you down," he shared, including a photo of the sun illuminating the star's resting place, marked by a simple wooden cross.
Joey is survived by daughter Indiana, 2, and Rory's two daughters, Heidi, 29, and Hopie, 27, from a previous relationship.

Since her passing, Rory has been sharing sweet messages to his late bride, commemorating her life.

"It’s hard for me to imagine being there without Joey, but at the same time… it is where she wants us to be," he wrote on his blog, This Life I Live. "It’s where she will be… She’s gonna be in the mint growing beside our back deck, the sweet-corn frozen in our freezer and a million other places that her hand and heart has touched around our little farmhouse and community. Joey will still be with us. Everywhere."
