Lamar Odom continues to make strides in his health and was spotted out at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse with estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian.
The couple has experienced very public ups and downs during the course of their over six-year-long marriage, including Odom’s near-death experience.
However, Khloe has been very supportive of Lamar during his recovery following a drug overdose near the end of last year.
On Friday, the twosome were spotted grabbing dinner at the upscale eatery in Woodland Hills, near their respective homes in Calabasas.celebuzz
