Chontel Duncan, the super fit — and very pregnant — fitness model who made headlines earlier this month for her abs of steal, is at it again! This time she’s shocking the world with a vid of her crazy pregnancy workouts. And seriously, this mom-to-be knows how to kick BUTT!

It seems as if NOTHING can stop Chontel Duncan from staying in shape — not even her final stages of pregnancy! In fact, the former Miss Universe finalist isn’t even slowing down a little bit, despite her growing bump AND despite the haters who claim Chontel isn’t doing what’s best for her baby. Well critics, Chontel has a message for you — and she is not about to back down when it comes to her OR her son’s health.
 the Australian native captioned the super intense Instagram video she posted to her account on March 16 (aka just two weeks before her due date). The video features a montage of Chontel seriously kicking ass as she boxes, lifts weights, and even completes a few burpees. SO impressive!

While Chontel’s workout clip is certainly inspiring — and makes us want to go for a run…like immediately — not everyone is in awe of the first-time mom’s daily routine. And Chontel is well aware of her haters. Her vid caption went on, explaining why what she’s doing is healthy and how everyone’s pregnancy experience is different.
