Ben Affleck Breaks Silence On Jennifer Garner’s Explosive Tell-All: This Is Our ‘Reality’ Now

Ben Affleck was the main topic of discussion in Jennifer Garner’s ‘Vanity Fair’ interview, but now it’s his turn to talk! The actor didn’t go into too much detail about the divorce in his new Q&A, but he did reveal how he feels about Jen telling all. Find out what he said here!

Jennifer Garner, 43, really spilled all about her split from Ben Affleck, 43, in an interview with Vanity Fair in February, but did he give her his blessing to discuss it all so publicly?! The Batman v. Superman star is now (sort of) telling his side of the story — check out the interview here!

“She felt like she wanted to discuss it and get it out there and get it over with,” Ben told the New York Times. “So she could say, ‘Look, I already talked about it, I don’t want to do it again. It’s fine. She’s allowed to talk about it.” The 43-year-old himself didn’t go into it too much — he doesn’t discuss his private life “because it ends up being in the record somewhere, in the great miasma of junk on the Internet — but he had nothing but kind words for his ex.

“Jen’s great,” he gushed. “She’s a great person. We’re on great terms. I just saw her this morning, so that’s the reality I live in.” The A-list duo have put on a united front since their divorce in June 2015 for the sake of their three kids, and have been spotted looking friendly on many occasions since. Stream Jen and Ben’s movies on Amazon Prime here!

The actress praised her ex-hubby in the Vanity Fair interview, too, and shot down the rumors that they split because he cheated on her with the family nanny. “My heart’s a little on the tender side right now, and it’s always easier to focus on the ways that you feel hurt,” she explained. “But I know that with time and some perspective, I’ll have a clearer sense of where I let the system down, because there’s no way I get off in this.”hollwoodlife
