Hilary Duff, Mike Comrie Finalize Their Divorce Two Years After Their Split: Details

Things are officially over between Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie. The former couple, who initially split in January 2014, finalized their divorce on January 28, Us Weekly confirms.


The exes had been married for three years prior to their split and share son Luca, 3.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Duff, 28, owes her ex, 35, close to $2.5 million to settle their divorce. She will be keeping their Beverly Hills home.

As for little Luca, the pair will have joint custody and neither gets spousal support. Despite the split, the parents remain close for the sake of their son.


“We have such a great kid,” Duff told Ellen DeGeneres in January. “And we’re both so obsessed with him. We are good friends and we laugh a lot. And we have a great communication and we share pictures when one is not with Luca. He’s great, we are great and we keep on trucking."usweekly
