Ethan Couch, the Texas teen who fled the country after violating his probation following a fatal DUI, has officially had his case moved to adult court.
Couch appeared Friday in front of a juvenile court in Fort Worth, Texas. A spokesperson for the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office told Buzzfeed that the 18-year-old would remain in custody until April when his hearing will take place in adult court to determine his revised bond conditions.radar
