The six-acre estate is nearly 90 years old, but is reportedly still in very good condition. However, TMZ says that their “real estate sources” believe the property is in tear-down condition, and that it’s actually worth between $80-90 million only because of it’s famous history.

There’s one little thing. There’s a huge catch for whomever buys the property — 89-year-old Hefner gets to stay. TMZ reports that the lucky person who buys it will be required to give him a life estate so he can live in the mansion until he dies.
No word on whether any bunnies are included in the deal, but prospective buyers will not be allowed to see Hef’s bedroom. All other areas, including 22 rooms, a pool with a waterfall, a wine cellar, a zoo, an outdoor kitchen, a gym, and more are permitted to see.Celebuzz
