You will need to understand the Enterprise market within India and build suitable business development plans to maximize Apple’s sales opportunities within this region. You would be expected to show your knowledge and ability to position Apple’s Enterprise value proposition. Most importantly you then need to deliver against this plan and consistently meet or exceed your goals.
Focus and simplification are key drivers for success. As such, the Enterprise Business Development Manager needs to focus time and energy on those opportunities in which key decision makers within the targeted company are willing to drive transformation through employee enablement with new tools, technologies and apps.

Ability to demonstrate and inspire others through Apple Programs and Briefings
Strategic / Consultative Major Account business development skills
Skilled and comfortable with board level sales engagement and able to influence at C-Level
Solid business acumen and presentation skills
Ability to understand and explain the business benefits of product features and capabilities (consistent new IT messaging)
Strong virtual team management skills and ability to influence behavior of others
Strong planning and project management skills
Ability to work at a strategic level within the account but at the same time manage the detail
Good analytical skills
A positive and energetic team player
Ability to self-manage work to achieve agreed objectives
Ability to manage in a matrix environment
Experience and expertise in Telco segment including carrier engagement is a big plus
Description
Develop Market
Deliver all of the core messaging on Apple values proposition in the Enterprise that along with sales tools can be used to sell our proposition to both the end customer and relevant business partners
Drive the development of local business market strategy and enterprise customers
Contribute actively to the local enterprise reference program that can be leveraged by the enterprise sales team , reseller channel and 3rd party partners
Maintain all project management tools for the Enterprise business development activities and track impact of activities
Develop Eco-System
Support channel sales teams and all partners in delivering vertical / industry business messages to enterprise customers leveraging the EMEIA industry experts where needed.
Jointly drive business development in the enterprise market with these partners and engage on delivery of messaging locally where appropriate. Assist Apple Development Executives in business development of partner propositions in order to enable (complex) solution sales.
Leverage carriers for small & medium business enterprise sales by building carriers’ work style on iOS working closely with carrier business leaders, consultants, … and let them share this experience with customers.
Generate suspects / leads of key corporate 3rd Party relationships in the categories of Developers, Solution Providers (ISVs) , Business Consultants, OEMs and integrators. Feed qualified leads to the Mobility Program Manager supporting him / her to build a community of transformational sellers.
Build Key Customers
Help generate demand on iPad, iPhone & Mac in Apple identified strategic accounts; complimentary to the Apple + IBM global partnership coverage.
Identify and qualify new Enterprise prospects to generate opportunities at the early stage
Education
MS/MBA from a reputed university preferred.
