Position Summary

Responsible for the implementation of business development strategy in select South Asia geographies including Nepal and Bangladesh to increase revenues from existing accounts and win new accounts, increase PV numbers from existing accounts and win new accounts and increase the Client Satisfaction rating

Support the implementation of the functional strategy by partnering closely with key stakeholders to support and implement product development strategy for existing and new accounts, enhance penetration of existing products within current and new accounts and focus on client education to lay the foundation for the next phase of growt
Relationship management for a group of assigned accounts and key merchants partners
Regulatory interaction to ensure business objectives are aligned and safeguarded
Directly supporting senior sales staff on their areas of responsibility
Responsibilities

Identifying potential new clients to launch Visa's payment products and programs. Manage these accounts from the initial pitch to their public launch.

Works with internal Product teams to formulate and implement product proposition, cardholder on-boarding process and cardholder lifecycle management
Manage business relationships with existing clients to ensure that Visa is the association of choice and deriving a larger part of their business for Visa.
Co-ordinate Visa's support and services across various functional areas i.e. Client services, brand / marketing, acceptance, risk and product management groups to deliver added value to client banks
Extend Visa's leadership across Products e.g. credit, debit, commercial cards, money transfer, Verified-by-Visa, m-commerce and chip
Establish alliance partners (banks, non-banks, technology service providers) and create new business opportunities for growth of Visa business
Maintain regular contact with regulators & key stake holders (Central Bank, Finance / Tourism ministry etc)
Responsible for account planning and submission of product propositions to client for consideration
Recommend strategy and negotiating of clients deals.
Coordinating across functional groups within Visa & prioritizing of resources for productivity and returns on investment
Interaction with regulators & key stake holders

Qualifications

Professional

Recognized degree preferably in Business Management
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with strong account management experience, product/portfolio management experience, project management experience and relationship management experience, business consultation experience from the relevant industry
