Donald Trump Throws Major Shade At Hillary Clinton & Bernie Sanders On ‘Tonight Show’

Just four months after his Sept. 11 appearance on ‘The Tonight Show,’ Donald Trump returned to Jimmy Fallon’s late night talk show on Jan. 11. And this time, he kept on dissing Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, but he had a little fun, too.
Here’s the scoop.
Think what you want about Donald Trump, but I think we can all agree that he’s pretty damn entertaining. The Republican presidential candidate appeared on the Jan. 11 episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and not only did he do some typical Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders bashing, but he had a little fun doing a mock job interview with Jimmy, too.
Donald seems to be taking a softer approach now that he seems to think he has the Republican primary locked down… but not THAT much softer. The Donald played nice talking about donating the powerball winnings to vets if he won, saying nothing bad about his fellow GOP candidates, and even defending President Obama for crying even though his disagrees with his stance on guns. He tried to mellow out his position on banning Muslims by stressing that it was temporary, saying “We’re talking about on a short term basis.” But then it got to the topic of the Dems, and he just couldn’t contain himself. When asked about Hillary, he said “She’s having a tough time,” before throwing shade at she and Bernie simultaneously. “She’s got some guy, he should be easy to beat. He really isn’t even a Democrat. He says he’s a socialist and I think he might be even a step beyond a socialist.” And then concluding with “I think she’ll win, I guess He did turn the negative into a positive though, by explaining that a race between him and Hillary would be one of the “most interesting races” ever. He says he read that a race between them would bring out the most voters ever, “and that’s a good thing because people don’t vote that much in this country, so that would be an amazing thing if that happened.”

After all that chit-chat, Donald and Jimmy did have a little bit of fun. When Jimmy asked him to tell him a little about himself, he responded with “well I’m an extraordinarily handsome person. I have a beautiful head of hair, I was always a good student and I always worked hard.” Then, when asked about his strengths he said “believe it or not bringing people together. A lot of people would say its the exact opposite,” but Donald clarified that in the future, “I’ll get along with democrats, liberals, conservatives.” See? Softer.hollywoodlife
