Bae's ,whatz good?remember, we are starting our 30 day challenge today. But, we are starting from day 2,because yesterday we were all celebrating and ushering in SWEET 2016!!!!!
.For me i suggest we do it in sets of 20 reps for 1 set.so that means today, we have 20 sit ups
15 crunches and 30 squarts. which means sit ups 1 rep=20,sqarts 1 rep and half=30,and crunches 1 rep. if u don't know how to do d crunch and sit up,i attached a video yesterday with the above picture,check the posts from yesterday.i hate scales,so am not going to be checking my progress using scales,but am going to use a measuring tape to check my waist and thighs b4 and after,also i ve this gorge outfit i need to fit perfectly, in time for my birthday.so bae's lets do this together .do share ur journey with us.30 day fitness challenge.
