Watch Natalie Portman Slay In The ‘Jane Got A Gun’ Trailer

Janey’s got a gun….and she’s not afraid to use it. The trailer for Gavin O’Conner‘s Jane Got A Gun has finally landed, and I say finally because the film’s release has been delayed multiple times.
The movie stars Natalie Portman as Jane, a lady of the frontier who teams up with her ex-lover in order to save her husband from a gang that’s trying to kill him. Let’s make it clear, there are no damsels in distress in this movie. Does it sound a little Kill Bill like? I thought so too, but it looks like this movie will totally stand on its own.

Lynne Ramsay was set direct, but apparently walked out the day before filming was set to begin. Yikes! And while Ewan McGregor stars,  Jude Law, Bradley Cooper, and Michael Fassbender were all considered but passed on the project. What? Don’t want to play second fiddle to a woman? Hehe. The movie also stars Rodrigo Santoro, Noah Emmerich and that steamy Boyd Holbrook guy. Awww yeahhh. Can’t wait to catch this on January 29th.pinkisthenewblog
