Rose Siggins: ‘American Horror Story’ Star Dies At 43

This is so sad. Rose Siggins, who starred in ‘American Horror Story: Freak Show,’ has passed away after contracting an infection in the hospital. She was 43.

The American Horror Story family has lost another cast member near and dear to everyone’s hearts. Rose Siggins, who played Legless Suzi on American Horror Story: Freak Show last season, died on Dec. 12 at the age of 43.
Rose went in for a kidney stone surgery on Dec. 7 and died just a few days later at the Denver hospital on Dec. 12, TMZ first reported. HollywoodLife.c She contracted an infection, which spread through her body and proved to be fatal. She reportedly suffered from kidney and pancreas issues her entire life.

She was born with a rare genetic disorder known as sacral agenesis. Today, her diagnosis is known as spinal bifida. She had no feelings in her legs as a child, and her feet were pointing in opposite directions. At two years old, her legs were amputated. Rose had two children — Luke and Shelby.
