Teresa Giudice’s lawyer, James Leonard, revealed toRadarOnline that he is the person transporting her to her husband and four daughters after she’s released from prison on Wednesday.
Her husband, Joe Giudice, will not be picking her up from the facility as he is still legally unable to drive after having his license suspended for two years.
Instead, it will be Leonard meeting Giudice to pick her up from the prison facility and bringing her to her New Jersey home, where her family will await her arrival.
Teresa is serving time on federal charges related to fraud related to a bankruptcy she and husband, Joe, filed in 2009.
Leonard tells RadarOnline:
The balance of [Teresa’s] home confinement will be monitored by the Federal Location Monitoring program. Any reports that Teresa is already out of prison, and headed to a halfway house for one night are false and ridiculous.
The reality TV star has been behind bars at a federal prison facility in Danbury, Connecticut since October 2, 2014.celebuzz
