Lil Wayne Ex Toya Wright Blasted For Buying Daughter 3 Luxury Cars, Quickly Fires Back

If there's one thing Lil Wayne's daughter Reginae Carter won't need anytime soon it's a new car.

That's because she's received a total of three luxury vehicles in two years, a Ferrari and BMW for her 16th birthday and a brand new Range Rover on her 17th birthday.

While the purchases probably don't seem like a big deal to some — since Weezy is a millionaire and could easily afford them — others believe the gifts were too much, and they let Reginae's mother Toya Wright know about it.

"Spoiled children," one person wrote. "Who will she be if it all goes down? She had a BMW and needed a Range Rover? I think not. I hope she's getting on those college apps and has a plan for the next five years. Good grades and behavior are expected from any parent who cares. This is ridiculous. #PoisoningOurYouth."

"Yes, whatever happened to the Ferrari from her sweet 16?" wrote someone else. "Goes to show you everything that glitters isn't gold."

There were plenty of other messages from people who felt the same way, and they told Wright she should do a better job of teaching Reginae the value of a dollar. At that time, someone who seems to have a personal relationship with Toya chimed in and stuck up for the famed teen.

"She gets great grades, because she studies hard. They are not handed to her," wrote someone named Auntie Kris. "She's a grounded person in a conceited society, concreted in values and humility. She's a beautiful girl inside and out in [a] world full of hate. Though many have failed at making her ugly."

Auntie Kris also said Reginae is extremely spiritual and not the spoiled, out-of-touch teenager that some people think she is.

"She's a God fearing child with the belief that people are genuinely good-hearted, even as they try her faith," she wrote. "She's blessed with a gift to teach as she learns, though her smile sometimes hides her pains."

Afterwards, Wright posted a message and simply thanked Kris for her support. "Please let 'em know," she wrote.
