The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star had previously given her new beau, 26, an “out” of sorts while she was consumed with tending to Lamar Odom after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.
She said in October, “[James] has been great with me and I’m just allowing everything to unfold. If it’s ever too overwhelming [for him], then I understand that as well.”intouchweekly
