Kardashian, 31, has been a regular fixture by 36-year-old Odom's hospital bedside since a drug overdose at a brothel in October nearly killed him. He is currently undergoing intensive rehab to learn how to walk and talk again.
The NBA player and reality TV star ended their four-year marriage in December 2013, but the divorce hasn't been finalized and proceedings were halted after Odom's health crisis. Kardashian has been making all of the medical decisions on his behalf.

Though Kardashian has said the divorce is still going fooyfriend James Harden, she has also told Odom she loves him.
Meanwhile, Odom continues to improve —albeit, very slowly.
"He actually gets a little better every day," an insider told Us Weekly. "He talks a bit more each day and walks with a walker, but still has trouble processing his thoughts. It’s very slow, but little by little."Intouchweekly
