2016 Grammy Award Nominations: Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar Battle for Album of the Year

The 2016 Grammy Award nominees were announced on Dec. 7, 2015 with rap artist Kendrick Lamar leading the tally with 11 nominations.

Lamar’s “To Pimp a Butterfly” goes head-to-head againstTaylor Swift’s “1989” and The Weeknd’s “Beauty Behind the Madness” for Album of the Year, both of whom are tied in second for most nominations with seven nods each.
Here is the full list of the 2016 nominees. The 58th Grammy Awards will air on Feb. 15, 2016 at 8 pm E.T on CBS.
