According to the invite, which was revealed by Hello!, the two will be married on Sunday, Nov. 22, at six o'clock in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The wedding will take place at The Breakers luxury resort, where rooms range between $600 and $3,800 per night.
The couple will host an evening of cocktails and desserts on Saturday at the venue, and have invited 400 guests to their black tie affair. In lieu of gifts, the couple has asked their guests to donate to a few chosen charities, including St Jude's Children's Hospital.
Vergara is also said to be walking down the aisle with her 23-year-old son, Manolo.

Both the bride and groom have been spotted making wedding preparations leading up to their big day.
Earlier this month, the 43-year-old Modern Family star was seen going into Mark Zunino Atelier in Beverly Hills, California. While it's been confirmed that her wedding dress will be made by Zuhair Murad, Zunino is making one of her reception dresses and a gown for the upcoming awards season.
Manganiello, 38, was also seen getting fitted for his tuxedo at John Varvatos last week.
When ET spoke with Vergara this summer, she revealed why she decided to have a destination wedding. "I want all the people from Columbia and South America and from Europe to be able to make it to the wedding," she explained. "Los Angeles is very far away from everything.ET
