Nigerian Buns ingredients:
250 g flour
10 g sugar
1 level teaspoonful baking powder
1 level teaspoonful salt
2 eggs
Milk(as needed)
Nigerian Buns Making Directions:
Add all the ingredients together(except the milk) and mix thoroughly. Then add the milk or water to get a dropping consistency. Mold out into buns balls and fry in ''not too hot'' oil(on low heat, so that the inside can cook well.youtube
