Rehabbed Scott Disick Might Get Another Chance With Kourtney Kardashian

Scott Disick is doing such a great job getting his life back on track since checking into rehab that his ex and mother of his three children, Kourtney Kardashian, might be reconsidering getting back together with him.

A source tells TMZ that Scott spent Wednesday night visiting with some of the Kardashian family, including his children, and that he appears to be “a whole new him.”

This change in attitude and lifestyle apparently bodes well for a possible romantic reconciliation between Kourtney and Scott, which would be welcome news to grandmother,Kris Jenner.

But while things appear to be looking good for Scott, he’s not totally in the clear just yet with Kourtney. Prior to him checking himself into a rehab facility, Kourtney was adamant that their romantic relationship had come to its final conclusion.
