How To Cook Turkey For Thanksgiving & Christmas. It will be juicy and moist!

Whether it's Thanksgiving or Christmas - we show you how to make the juiciest turkey ever!

We like to do a slow cook for our 26 lbs turkey at 275 degrees for eight hours. We put it in early - the night before at midnight. Cover with foil. Having the orange and all the vegetables helps steam the turkey, since it's completely covered in foil. For the last hour - we cook uncovered. To get the great color we achieved, use a cooking brush and dip it into the juices in the pan and literally coat the turkey in the juices. Do this three to four times during the last hour.
