Rihanna's New Movie Role

Hopefully ANTI will be released before this movie comes out.


And hopefully Rihanna will have more lines (and more interesting lines) than she did in Battleship.

French director Luc Besson announced some major Rihanna (movie) news on Wednesday (Oct. 28). According to Besson, who most recently brought us Scarlett Johansson in Lucy, Bad Gal RiRi has joined the cast of his upcoming big screen adaptation of the French graphic novel series Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.


Rihanna will star opposite Cara Delevingne and Dane DeHaan in the sci-fi picture. Clive Owen joined the “Valerian adventure” in August according to Besson in a Facebook post.
