Considering "Perfect" is also a quintessential love ballad for the sensitive bad boy, there's plenty of lonely, longing stares out of floor-to-ceiling windows. Styles, unsurprisingly, mugs better than anyone, and in an ostensible stylistic nod to Taylor Swift's "Style" — which he supposedly inspired — finds himself swept up in clouds super-imposed on the walls of his room (at the time he sings, "If you're looking for someone to write your break-up songs about / Baby, I'm perfect").
"Perfect" is the third offering from One Direction's upcoming fifth album, Made in the A.M., which arrives November 13th. The first single, "Drag Me Down," was released in July, followed by "Infinity" in September." The tracks mark the band's first without original member Zayn Malik, who left in March.
One Direction have a handful of European dates scheduled through the rest of the month, though no plans have been made for a tour behind Made In the A.M. Following an appearance at the Apple Music Festival, Horan said One Direction would take "a well-earned break at some point next year," offering some clarification to tabloid rumors that the band would split up.rollingstone
