One 'Dancing with the Stars' switch-up results in a perfect score

SPOILER ALERT!!!!!! Don't read if you haven't watched the newest episode of DWTS.

On Monday, Tom Bergeron was back in the ballroom, and so was Maksim Chmerkovskiy as a guest judge. Since it was switch-up week, the celebs were dancing with new pros. And the dances were also twice as long as they've been previously this season. Most of the couples seemed in sync, but a couple partners got a little tripped up.

Alexa "it takes two to ten-go" PenaVega and Derek Hough

So Alexa didn't have the easiest time last week, and her partner Mark Ballas actually prepped her for getting eliminated. This week, her new partner, Derek, tried to rebuild her confidence much to the judges' amazement.Carrie Ann Inaba actually stood in ovation for the couple, and Maks encouraged Alexa to get out of her own head for future performances. Bruno called it a metamorphosis, and the couple received a perfect score.

Carrie Ann Inaba: 10, Julianne Hough: 10, Maksim Chmerkovskiy: 10, Bruno Tonioli: 10
