MULTIPLE award-winning singer, Yemi Alade is leaving no stone unturned in her quest for brand extension as she recently partnered an online jewellery
retailer,Bland2Glam, to unveil her first ever jewellery collection tagged, “YemiAlade Collection.” The collection will be unveiled to the public next month.
The collection which is an exclusive range of exotic costume jewellery was inspired by the career and personality of Yemi Alade, the organizers revealed. According to the talented singer, she decided to go into jewellery because the project is very personal to her. “ Aside the fact that I decided to do something different from music which I have been known with, I would say that this is a very personal project for me.
It has been a long year of planning with Bland2Glam and I am very excited that finally we are ready to unveil all the love, innovation and hard work that went into every single one of these pieces. Another special thing about this collection is that they have my autograph on them so as to bring me closer to my fans as it is also my own way of bringing my self much closer to my fans.
The jewellery is also an avenue to represents an average African woman and the project is for African continent. I am also promising my fans that these my new business will not affect my giving them wonderful hits which is what I know how to do best which is music as I know how to do many things at the same time. I also have plans of putting guys in the picture, will work towards bringing their own stuffs,” she said.
