Optical Illusion Dress That Has Taken The Internet By Storm

Few can forget the social media uproar surrounding ‘The Dress’, but at least members of Team Black and Blue as well as Team White and Gold
can agree on the colors of one creative Halloween costume inspired by the internet debate - or at least, we hope they can.
Online retailer Yandy - which is known for its outside-the-box collection of 'sexy' Halloween costumes - has designed its own take on the infamous two-tone dress just in time for October 31 parties.
Half blue with black lace, and half white with gold lace, the site's The Dress-inspired costume is split right down the middle - just as social media users seemed to be back when the original dress went viral in February.
That dress, by British brand Roman, caused quite a stir earlier this year when a Tumblr user posted a photo of it online.
'Guys please help me - is this dress white and gold, or blue and black? Me and my friends can’t agree and we are freaking the f*** out [sic],' the user, called 'swiked', wrote.
While the dress was actually black and blue - the white and gold effect was created by poor lighting - it was very difficult to convince some people, including celebrities, otherwise.
