If you are tired of finding additives in everything, try making your own products...like soy milk!
Ingredients: split soybeans (5 ounces/140 grams),Boiling water (3 quarts/3 liters),Cold water (1 quart/1 liter).
Put soybeans in a pan and pour the boiling water over them.
Let cool and wait for 6 - 12 hours.
Drain the beans.
Put the beans into a blender. Add the cold water and mix for 3 minutes.
Drain the beans, add 1 liter (0.3 US gal) cold water and mix it in a blender for 3 minutes
Separate the soy milk from the solids by squeezing through a cheesecloth.
Boil soy milk for 10 minutes.
