The rumors are true: Drake and Future will release their collaborative mixtape What a Time to Be Alive exclusively through iTunes and Apple Music on Sunday.
Drake will first premiere the joint album on his OVO Sound radio show on Beats 1 at 6 p.m. EST. What a Time to Be Alive comes just two months after Future dropped his new LP DS2, which features Drake on its hit single "Where Ya At?"
Drake and Future hit the road together earlier this year as part of the Canadian rapper's Jungle Tour this past spring. That tour and "Where Ya At?" squashed any previous rift between the two rappers resulting from Drake's Would You Like a Tour? jaunt in 2013. At that time, Future criticized Drake's then-new LP Nothing Was the Same, resulting in him getting kicked off just days before the trek launched. Future then demanded $1.5 million in lost wages before the two rappers reconciled and the tour resumed as scheduled.
