An apartment at 195 Hudson St. — where Beyoncé and Jay Z own the penthouse — is in contract.
The third-floor three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit was last asking $3.75 million.
Spies tell Gimme Shelter that the new owner is in the construction business. Other units in the building, however, are still on the market.Billionaire real estate mogul Alex Sapir is selling his first-floor loft for $3.85 million, as we reported earlier this week.
The other units on the market are a first-floor work/loft space with four bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms.
That unit is 3,800 square feet and asks $5.49 million.
There’s also a fourth-floor two-bedroom, 2½-bath unit that is 2,312 square feet and asking $4.05 million.
All of the units have different brokers and are asking different prices per square foot.
And they all share a common roof deck space with Jay Z and Beyoncé, who also have their own private deck, hidden by some well-planted shrubs.Nypost,Getty images
