President Buhari believes that the performance of the country’s athletes has again highlighted the massive potential of Nigerian sportsmen and women to excel in their chosen areas,
against all odds.
He implored the athletes to do all they can to ensure that Nigeria regains its number one position in Africa and the world at large.
Team Nigeria finished second on the overall standings with 47 gold, 55 sliver and 42 bronze medals.channelstv
